I. General shipping information
We ship orders daily with GLS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email or SMS you provided when ordering. You can then track your package on GLS.dk.
II. Delivery to Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Finland
We ship to Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Finland. All shipments are packed securely and sealed with black foil to ensure anonymity. The sender of our shipments is BIG Plant Science.
III. Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over 499.00 DKK in Denmark and over the equivalent amount in local currencies for other countries, with a maximum weight of 10 kg and only to the nearest GLS Pakkeshop. Purchases over 5000.00 DKK trigger free shipping, regardless of weight.
IV. In-store pickup
You can also order your items for pickup in our store. We will contact you when the order is ready for pickup. Remember to bring ID when picking up.
V. Shipping rates
You can choose delivery with GLS and choose where you want to pick up your shipment. The rates are automatically calculated in our system and displayed when ordering. Please note that volume affects weight.

VI. Delivery
Delivery of goods from Bigplantscience.com is considered complete when the consumer has received the goods. We ship orders daily. If one or more of your ordered items are backordered, they will be reshipped as soon as possible at no extra cost. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us.
