Payment
You can pay with Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and American Express. We do not charge any card fees. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
MobilePay Online
You can also pay via MobilePay Online.
Bank transfer
Your payment must be made to our account: Regnr. 3103 Kontonr. 11214703 in Den Danske Bank. Remember to state your name or order no. By bank transfer you are not protected by the objection scheme.

EAN payment
Public companies can order via the EAN system. Select EAN as the payment method and then send the company’s CVR and EAN numbers to us via email or contact form.

All prices are incl. VAT and in DKK. Prices and assortment are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
You can choose delivery with PostNord or GLS and choose where you want to collect your shipment. The rates are automatically calculated in our system and displayed when ordering. Please note that volume affects weight. You can see our rates under Shipping and delivery.
Delivery
Delivery of goods from bigplantscience.com is considered complete when you have received the goods. We ship orders daily. If one or more of your ordered items are backordered, these will be shipped as soon as possible at no extra cost. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us. (Expected delivery time is 1-3 days).
Transport damage
Upon receipt of your item, we recommend that you inspect the packaging for any damage before signing for receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please write this on the receipt. You can then receive the item and save the receipt. If the contents are damaged, please contact us by phone, email or contact form with the order number and the extent of the damage so we can find a solution.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. For purchases consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after receipt of the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to orders@greygreen.dk or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returns
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for returning the package yourself and you are liable if any damage occurs during transportation.
No right of withdrawal
Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
Condition of the goods upon return
If the goods have lost value because you have used them in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, you can only get part of the purchase price back. The amount depends on the commercial value of the item. We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, the value of the item may be impaired.
Refund of purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery). We will refund the money using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise. We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us proof that you have returned them.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a right of complaint for 24 months. Contact us before you send the item. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months of discovery, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must be returned in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Privacy policy
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary in order to deliver the product to you.
The personal data is registered with BioPower and stored for five years, after which it is deleted. We cooperate with a number of companies that store and process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data. The data controller of bigplantscience.com is BioPower.
You have the right to know what data we process about you. If you believe that the data is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it, for example if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose. Complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact us at sales@bigplantscience.com. If we cannot find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus. To file a complaint, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. However, for complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must have been at least DKK 720. There is a fee to have the complaint processed.
