As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in the same order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item. If the purchase consists of several batches or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after receipt of the last batch or part.
You have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. Send an email to sales@bigplantscience.com or use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you can return one or more items even if they were purchased in one order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable if you regret part of your purchase.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You must pay for the return and you are liable if the item is damaged during transportation.
For certain items that deteriorate or expire quickly, no right of withdrawal applies.
If the item has lost value because you have used it more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, you can only get back part of the purchase price. The amount depends on the commercial value of the item. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. Lack of original packaging may result in an impairment of the item.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding extra delivery costs if you choose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery). The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, we use the same means of payment as for the purchase.
We may withhold payment until we have received the goods or you have provided documentation for the return.

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. This means that you have a 24-month warranty. Contact us before you send the item.
If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, exchanged, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the situation. You must make a complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the fault. If you complain within two months, the complaint is always considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.
